Returns

Products purchased online can be returned within 7 days, the product must be in perfect condition: never used or washed and complete with label and tag. WinOfficial avails itself of the right to verify these conditions to proceed with the replacement or return. The return shipment is charged to the customer. The refund will be made by crediting the credit card used or by bank transfer.
In case of purchase of items on sale or in promo with discounts, it will not be possible to make returns or exchanges.
